The wind comes and the trees swish
Tonight's moon, round as a disk
So luminous and biggish
Step right up and make a wish
Autumn's temperatures real brisk
We feel the Season's anguish
The Hunter's Moon takes a risk
Rises above the world's skirmish
Can you hear his calming lisp?
Beaming hope, he does lavish
Though the night is harsh and crisp
This moment here, to cherish
Cuz time, it is merely a wisp
Soon, he will quietly vanish
But this night....oh, we've been moon-kissed
